Returns & Exchanges

At Hari, every piece leaves our hands with care. Each item is carefully inspected and packaged before it reaches you, and we take pride in the quality of everything we send out.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been damaged after delivery. All ceramics are fragile by nature and we cannot take responsibility for breakage that occurs once the order has been received.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Send us a photo of the damaged item along with your order details to our email and we will do our best to find a solution. Claims made after 48 hours unfortunately cannot be considered.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange to send you the correct piece at no additional cost.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once an order has been processed or dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
