We are a small brand and we like to keep things personal. If you have a question about an order, a product, or just want to know more about what we do, we are always happy to hear from you.
How do I place an order?
All orders can be placed directly through our website. If you experience any issues during checkout please reach out to us and we will assist you.
How long does delivery take?
We currently deliver within South Africa. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this stage. We are working on expanding in the future and will announce when this becomes available.
Are your products handmade?
Our pieces are designed in house and produced with careful attention to quality and finish. Each item is inspected before it is packaged and sent to you.
Can I request a custom piece?
We do not offer custom orders at this time. Follow us on Instagram to stay updated on new releases and limited pieces.
My order has not arrived, what do I do?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window please contact us with your order number and we will look into it for you.
How do I care for my ceramics?
Most of our pieces are dishwasher safe but we recommend hand washing to preserve the finish and extend the life of your piece. Avoid sudden temperature changes and handle with care.
